Accessibility Statement
Effective Date: April 24, 2026 Last Updated: April 24, 2026
1. Commitment
UAB Backoffice Solutions is committed to making backoffice.lt accessible to as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies.
We aim to align the public website with WCAG 2.2 AA where reasonably achievable and to improve accessibility as the site evolves.
2. Scope
This statement covers the public backoffice.lt landing website and static legal pages. It does not automatically cover third-party websites, embedded services, or customer-controlled content linked from the site.
The Backoffice application, mobile apps, and help center may have separate accessibility reviews and documentation.
3. Measures We Take
We work to support accessibility through:
- Semantic HTML structure and meaningful headings.
- Keyboard-operable navigation and interactive controls.
- Visible focus states where controls are keyboard reachable.
- Alternative text or accessible labels for meaningful images and icons.
- Color contrast checks for core user journeys.
- Reduced-motion support where animation could affect usability.
- Ongoing review during design and implementation changes.
4. Current Status
The website is actively maintained. Some areas may still need formal audit, remediation, or assistive-technology testing before we can claim complete conformance.
Known areas for continued review include complex animations, embedded third-party consent interfaces, analytics or marketing widgets, and any newly added campaign pages.
5. Feedback and Assistance
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, need information in another format, or cannot complete a task on the website, contact us:
- Email: support@backoffice.lt
- Subject line: Accessibility feedback
Please include the page URL, a description of the issue, your browser or assistive technology if relevant, and the format you need.
6. Response
We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within 5 business days and provide a practical response or remediation plan where possible.
If a requested change depends on a third-party provider or requires significant engineering work, we will explain the expected next steps.
