Cookie Policy
Effective Date: April 24, 2026 Last Updated: April 24, 2026
1. Purpose
This Cookie Policy explains how UAB Backoffice Solutions (“Backoffice”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on backoffice.lt and related landing pages.
It should be read together with our Privacy Policy. Cookie declarations and retention periods may be updated by our consent management platform as vendors or cookie lifetimes change.

3. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include pixels, local storage, tags, SDKs, and server-side conversion events.
We use these technologies to keep the site working, remember preferences, measure performance, understand product interest, and improve marketing attribution where you have given the required consent.
4. Cookie Categories
| Category | Purpose | Consent |
|---|---|---|
| Necessary | Site delivery, security, consent storage, form protection, and basic functionality | Not required |
| Preferences | Remembering language, region, and user interface choices | Required where applicable |
| Statistics | Measuring page views, funnels, interaction patterns, and technical performance | Required |
| Marketing | Measuring campaign performance, remarketing, and ad conversion attribution | Required |
5. Technologies We Use
| Provider | Category | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Vercel | Necessary | Hosting, edge delivery, serverless form endpoints, logs, and security |
| Cookiebot by Usercentrics | Necessary / Preferences | Consent banner, consent records, and cookie declaration |
| Amplitude | Statistics | Product and landing-page analytics, funnels, and session replay where enabled |
| Microsoft Clarity | Statistics | Heatmaps, scrollmaps, and session replay |
| Meta / Facebook | Marketing | Meta Pixel, Conversions API, campaign attribution, and conversion deduplication |
Where a vendor sets specific cookies, the Cookiebot declaration shown in the consent banner is the operational source for cookie names, retention periods, and category assignment.
6. Consent Management
We use Cookiebot by Usercentrics to request and store cookie consent. You can accept all categories, reject non-essential categories, or choose individual categories.
You can change your choices at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before the withdrawal.
7. Consent-Gated Tracking
Statistics and marketing scripts are intended to load only after the matching Cookiebot category is granted:
- Statistics: Amplitude and Microsoft Clarity.
- Marketing: Meta / Facebook Pixel and related browser-side marketing events.
Server-side conversion events may use limited event context submitted through our forms. Where required, these events are tied to your consent choice and are used for conversion measurement rather than sale of personal data.
8. Browser Controls
Most browsers let you block, delete, or limit cookies through browser settings. If you block necessary cookies, parts of the site may not work correctly, including consent storage and form submission.
Browser-level privacy controls may also limit third-party scripts, pixels, or storage even after you grant consent on the site.
9. Updates
We may update this Cookie Policy when we add, remove, or change cookies, tracking technologies, vendors, or consent categories. The Effective Date and Last Updated fields at the top reflect the current version.
